I'd been looking to buy a property in Port Macquarie for some time before I met Craig. Until meeting Craig, I found the whole process of searching for a house to be incredibly stressful. I felt like I was just a number and as though I was in a bidding war. As a single person, I didn't like my chances of being able to find a property that was for me without making a crazy and not well thought out decision. Then I viewed a property that was listed under Craig. For the first time, I was able to see the property, on my own, without all the additional pressures of 50 other people viewing it at the same time as me. I instantly found Craig to be a genuine and caring person. Craig is intelligent in business, property and in a practical sense-he is emotionally intelligent too! Even though that property was not a fit for me, I had such a positive experience in my interactions with Craig. This experience gave me the confidence that I needed to know that I could buy a property that was a fit for me, on my terms. I knew that this process was made to be achievable with Craig's support and his unique approach. Craig then found me a property that was perfect for my needs. The whole process has been easy, not stressful at all and I have Craig to thank for all of this. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a property to go through Craig. Vicky was always helpful, informative and professional at all times with moderate amounts of contact and communication when prompted by the customer. Covid has restricted contact in the final stages.
