Our house had just burnt down and we needed a property as soon as possible. We were emotional, heart broken and desperate and I have to say the staff at Realty One were just amazing. Everyone we dealt with was just so kind and considerate yet very professional in their job. It was over the Christmas period too not that it mattered to the staff because they went out of their way to make sure all the legalities were done but without any fuss or bother. Thnak you so much for helping us during this really hard time in our lives, we so appreciate it.

Realty One was such an easy agency to deal with and my property manager Maureen made the transfer to my new property run very smoothly. She was able to put my mind at rest regarding any questions that I had. Lucinda and the others were really helpful with anything that I needed and responded very quickly. I could not recommend this agency highly enough.

Top performers in our experience. Consistent and professional liaison personnel. Responsive to our requests. Routine tasks such as inspections reliably handled, with excellent reporting. Maintained excellent relationships with tenants, but suitably firm when required. Wouldn't change for quids.
