We have sold 3 of our properties through Paul Menezes. It so happened that we put the properties under depressed market conditions. Though we were realistic about the market, it took a while for us to sell the properties. We found Paul Menezes to be trust worthy agent, he gave us weekly appraisals about buyers interests and concerns. When things were not going so well, Paul discussed the situation with us and helped us to re-evaluate selling price and our position. Paul did not put any undue pressure on us, he did his best in our interest. Paul kept the home open even on major public holidays.
