We have found Pina Ricciardi over the course of purchasing this property to be very helpful, straight forward and honest in all our discussions. Even when there was a hiccup with organising access to the property after the sale had gone through Pina went out of her way to bring the missing keys to our residence which was in the opposite direction to her house. We recently bought a property in Spearwood that Mark’s dad actually built and he grew up in. It was so amazing to have the insider information on the layout of the house and the backyard. Mark went above and beyond for us as buyers and was really in our corner while also achieving a sale for his client. No question was ever too dumb as Mark explained everything to us as this was our first established house purchase, and he made us feel at ease with his regular check ins. It helps that Mark is also an extremely friendly and kind man who wasn’t afraid to have a non work related chat.
