Mark gave us a realistic selling price, he went over and above his role, turning up with a leaf blower to tidy the front yard and looking after our dog before and after the home open. I first met Tracy when my wife and I bought a house in Hilton for my daughter and her children. I rang Tracy (who was not in any way involved in the purchase) for some advice about the house and area. Without any prospect of personal benefit to Tracy, she offered to help our daughter, who was a single mother, if she ever needed it. When we sold the same house about 8 years later, we chose Tracy as our agent. As well as her excellent, detailed knowledge and expertise in the marketplace, her people skills were superb in comunicating, and negotiating with our daughter over the details of preparation and opening the property to potential purchasers. In the end, in a very difficult market, we were more than happy with the price we received, and the time it took to sell it. During the last year, Tracy helped our son sell his house in White Gum Valley. Once again, as well as her absolute professionalism and skill in the market, her genuine sensitivity, empathy and openness to full and frank communication at all times were worth their weight in gold to everyone involved. Tracy's record of sales is highly impressive but, having dealt with many estate agents over the years, it is her genuine care and warmth for people which makes her the most outstanding agent we have ever come across.
