Brad very helpful on day we bought our new house. Opened it a second time so that rest of family could come and look. On settlement day worked very hard to allow us to move our furniture in from a truck coming from Bunbury. He also spent time trying to fix our Nbn. We did feel he needed to answer our text messages a little more promptly. We knew he is busy. Brad is a very personable young man and easy to chat to.
