Pina was a keen agent that had a wealth of knowledge about the local area . The initial walking tour through the house with Pina was very informative . She was able to advise me on the furniture or items that should be removed to assist in the presentation of the house for market . I was impressed with the contact Pina made with me to let me know that someone was coming through the house , outside the normal opening hours. The house was left in a secure manner after the home openings. Having a friendly nature and good communication skills was a real advantage . Thank you Pina .Well done .

Recently I engaged Brad to list my home for sale. From the moment of contact he was on the job. He gave an ho eat appraisal of the value of the home reflecting the current market. He worked diligently throughout the relatively short marketing period and kept me fully informed after each home open. The following week he contacted every prospective buyer and gave me feedback. He never faltered in his determination to achieve close to the appraised price which he did. He serviced me and the buyers equally throughout the contract period and right through to settlement day. I highly recommended Brad to anyone looking for an honest hard working agent to sell their property.

Mark was the most professional real estate agent we have ever dealt with. His advice and management of the sales process was absolutely flawless. In addition, he went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and the property was looked after during the sale. Apart from that, Mark is a great human being- trusty worthy, easy to deal with and some one who we always felt had our best interests at heart. We would highly recommend him for any property transactions in Perth.

Brad very helpful on day we bought our new house. Opened it a second time so that rest of family could come and look. On settlement day worked very hard to allow us to move our furniture in from a truck coming from Bunbury. He also spent time trying to fix our Nbn. We did feel he needed to answer our text messages a little more promptly. We knew he is busy. Brad is a very personable young man and easy to chat to. Thanks for helping get the settlement done on time. Sue and Phil.

Santo was just the most amazing and fantastic person to deal with. My journey to settlement was challenging due to a recent separation with my ex, and the complexity of navigating through the banks and the rules meant my settlement date changing multiple times. Through all this, Santo was patient, calm and supportive.. he understood the issues and supported me through the experience really well. Santo is a legend and I'm forward to returning to working with Santo when I look at my next property.
