Have been dealing with mark for 15 years or so. In this case, I called him on a Wednesday when he was on HOLIDAYS. He hit the ground running on Monday, by Thursday, FOR SALE sign was up, and all other advertising methods all in place. Home Open Saturday, house sold Tuesday/ Wednesday the next week (5 days1) at the top of our price expectation. Organised our Settlement Agent, which went very well with no dramas at al (Settlement Talk), awesome.
