totally friendly and above all extremely professional
I had made an inquiry 12 months ago with Alex with a certain property criteria,possibly thinking we may not hear from him, but to his credit Alex made contact with us and we got the outcome we hoped for. Again Alex thanks for not giving up for us.

Alex was very efficient and always only a few minutes away if not instantly available.
The unit was advertised on the internet during the week and the first opening was on the following Saturday. There were two possible purchasers and one offer was accepted. Alex negotiated a price that was in line with the market valuation in the area and I was happy to have the place sold

Mark is a brilliant Estate Agent. A good man to deal with.
Mark knew his business very well even to the point of letting us know what our house would sell for in this present market without us giving him a clue. He was 100% correct. How's that for Market Knowledge. Throughout our dealings Mark was polite, helpful and eased any worries we had about the buying of the new house. He kept us up to date immediately about anything concerning the purchase of the house. His professionalism was first class and his demeanour was always pleasant and made us feel confident in our dealings with him. Honest & Professional Agent
Choosing Mark to sell our family home was an excellent decision we made. The sale of this home was quite hard and emotional, but Mark made the process easy. He was realistic with the sale price we should advertise at and that showed, as the property went under offer in just over a week of advertising!!
