Mark was very polite, down to earth and professional from start to finish for my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to address my needs, dont have enough good things to say about this guy. Thanks for your support during this transaction. Martin

Alex was very knowledgable about the current market and offered great advise on how we should market our home. He was never pushy in regards to accepting low offers and listened to our expectations. After quite a while on the market, we eventually got a good price for our house. He very easy to talk to and has even been offering advise on buying our next house!

Mark was clear and informative on initial inspection of the property I ultimately ended up buying. He kept me informed as to expected timeframes leading to each step of approvals ahead of settlement. His cheery disposition and prompt communication made dealings very easy.

We were given a comprehensive overview of their sales strategy and constantly keep up to date during the offer period. An offer and acceptance was negotiated in around three weeks at a price we were happy with. We were kept informed of progress between acceptance and settlement which was important as this was delayed by three weeks due to lack of professionalism on behalf of a third party over which we had no control.

We recently dealt with Alex when we purchased our new home. From the moment we met Alex he was helpful. Alex made the purchase of our home such a pleasure. He always answered any questions we had quickly and went out of his way to help us. Alex is a fantastic real estate agent and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.
