From a property valuation that was in line with expectations to a higher than asking sale price with minimum of fuss, all via very regular communication (ie emails, texts, and calls). Post contract signing there was a major property repair issue uncovered which needed rectification asap, such that with no qualms Patrick immediately engaged his network of trades and maintenance people, liaised with an in-situ tenant, and solved what was a difficult situation. In this tight purchase market where housing is being purchased prior to going to open homes Amanda and Chris arranged for private viewing and could relate to the situation having already sold our previous property.
