Helana's not a big self-promoter, but in her very unassuming way, she rips into the work, leading not only to outstanding results but a pain-free journey to get there. We've worked with Helana twice. Once, years ago, to sell the family home in Jindalee and again more recently for an investment apartment in St Lucia. Both times, Helana came through like a champion. Using her network of staging and photographic professionals made each place shine like diamonds. In the case of the Jindalee house, it came up beautifully after being staged and generated a lot of potential buyers immediately, but Helana never rests. As soon as she'd locked in a buyer, she kept lining up backups. The sale went through for a lot more than we'd expected. The St Lucia apartment was tenanted, and we needed to figure out if it was better to sell with the tenants or wait and get the place staged. Helana was happy to consult and confident she could sell it in our target range without waiting. She was great with the tenants, and her photographer stepped up, not only making the place look fantastic but also getting great aerials that highlighted the location. Post showing Helana worked tirelessly to negotiate and bring us the best offers, which improved throughout the day as she did her magic. The result was a sale price well above what other agents had advised us not to expect, and it was on an ironclad contract. Do yourself a favour and use Helana. We certainly will the next time we sell.
