We had a unique property which turned out to be quite difficult to sell due to unusual property, covid and then crap economy. Yvonne was the first agent we contacted. A couple of years went by, we then worked with a few others but they all gave up but not Yvonne. She determined to help us out, and she did it eventually. It took years for us to sell our property and Yvonne had been with us from the beginning till the end. She was easy to communicate with and gave us her best and honest advice at all time. I cannot recommend Mitch highly enough. We consulted him for advice during the build process of our high end investment home. He worked hard to get us the best price possible in a falling market with rising interest rates. He provided honest advice and feedback.
