I cannot recommend Mitch highly enough. We consulted him for advice during the build process of our high end investment home. He worked hard to get us the best price possible in a falling market with rising interest rates. He provided honest advice and feedback. Mitch went above and beyond following things up trying to get the best price for us. In the end it wasn't quite what we'd dreamed of but a very good price in the market.
