Dealing with Sue was a pleasure in so many ways. She was straight forward, didn’t play games and above all her follow up was always on time and on point. I have recently dealt with Ash with our home purchase. Please avoid this agent at all cost. He is unprofessional and unreliable to deal with. My first home buying experience with Ash was a nightmare and would not want to wish it upon someone else. From settlement and handover, Ash did not to help make the transition smooth. My property is trashed by the tenants in the property and Ash said it was not his responsibility to deal with the tenant. He dusted his hands after getting his part of the deal.
