Got best value for my unit from Mitchell's negotiation with potential buyer
Mitchell was easy to work with, he told me his plan for sales and followed through the home opening etc. without me needing to intervene or keep calling him about progress. He kept me informed of all potential buyers and how he was negotiating with them for better pricing, which eventually got me the higher end of my expected price. Initial offer was at least $40k lower than my lower expected price range, but Mitchell told me to hold off the sale despite potential prices falling due to increase interest rates. he kept seeking past keen property investors and found one willing to pay the right price.
