We were so impressed with Patrick’s no nonsense approach. He was extremely professional, he wasted no time in doing a detailed appraisal, explaining what the new law requirements were now in regard to anything that needed to be addressed. He had tradesmen on hand to do any repairs needed. This took a lot of stress away and was reassuring that these tradesmen work was quality and completed in a timely manner. We found no problem to be too small or large and Patrick was always available to discuss any concerns or questions. He explained the whole process from the first meeting and we found his commission to be fair compared to other agents.

I arrived at the open house as he was about to get in his car yet he showed me the unit. When I had curly questions, he found out the answers if he didn't already know. He was pleasant, polite and new the extent of the renovations undertaken. He was prompt on replying to my enquiries even when it meant changing his plans. This was my first time selling a home and Paige was beyond fantastic. Due to personal circumstances there was communication needed between multiple separate parties and Paige did an excellent job communicating between everyone and ensuring everyone was always up to date on property stats and where we were up to with the sale. She was always really easy to reach and happy to answer any questions I had about the process. Despite battling rising interest rates she still got a fantastic price for my home in North Harbour which I am really happy with. The whole process was pretty stress and pain free due to how helpful and organised Paige was, if I was to sell in the area again I absolutely would not hesitate to use Paige again.
