During the process of my house purchase, there was quite a few obstacles due to the seller and sellers solicitor not completing their contractual obligations on the day of settlement. Lynn had to do a lot of extra work and travel to bring the sales contract to completion. While this was very stressful for both Lynn and myself, Lynn kept me informed of the issues that had arisen and we negotiated with the seller's solicitor, to extend the contract settlement date, to accommodate the seller's situation.
