Beverley has been a very approachable person. She has been always ready to show the property at the time we wanted. She help in the whole buying process and made it run smoothly. We look forward to working with her in future as well. She is an excellent agent to approach.

It took days to sell my townhouse at totally unexpected high price. Beverly was very efficient from the minute i decided to sell up to the settlement day. Thank you

Teresa is a really good agent who supported me through a complicated and difficult sale. I highly recommend her and would definitely contact her first if I wanted to buy or sell a property again.

Angels walked up to me about 4 years ago and we chatted in the front yard. Over the years Angela kept contact and genuinely cared. We built a trusted relationship. When it cam to selling I was definitely swayed by other bigger agents..who ultimately let me down. ANGELA took over and not only sold my home on the first open house but for the street record. Additionally. Angela maintained a supportive and informative walk through process and after care. At the time I was going through cancer treatment and Angela just made it so much easier to deal with. Her kindness is only outdone by her Bulldog in lipstick work ethic. I will never sell again unless it's with Angela.

Carey was most professional during the sale of our property, keeping us informed as the process unfolded.

Our experience with Helen has been excellent from start to finish, with her wealth of experience and local knowledge she got us the best price and with an extremely low commission (unlike other agents) and with free advertising!! If you're considering selling, then we would definitely recommend Helen! Professional and reliable, Helen got the job done and kept us updated along the way and made the whole experience so easy. Thanks again Helen for going above and beyond!

We recently purchased our first Gold Coast investment property through Helen and it has been nothing but a great experience, well exceed our expectations. Helen would take my phone calls and answer my text messages even in the middle of the night and offer me such valuable experience in regards to purchase and also renting out our property. Her experience especially in property management has truly blown me away. Helen has offered me countless useful information into how to secure a right tenant and as a property investor myself for many years, this information is something I totally was unware of, very selfless of her. Helen has even given up her precious weekend time to open the house and show potential tenants through the house. We have found a beautiful tenant all thanks to Helen. Her obligation to us is the sale of the property but not the personal rental. She took care of those things by just doing us a great favour, again this is a truly selfless act from Helen. Thank you Helen for making the whole process absolutely effortless and guided us through every step. She has assisted us in every aspect of purchasing and renting out our first Gold Coast investment property and continued to be so prompt on communications, problem solving and work to deadlines. Helen's professionalism, work ethic and efficiencies are second to none. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone who is looking at buying, selling or renting out a home and know it is in the safest hand possible. Thank you again Helen, you are not just a real estate agent to us, you are like a friend. Many thanks again Helen

Thanks to Paul Thompson giving us first bite at a house after a contract falling through,my husband and I have got the house of our dreams. He goes above and beyond to assist in any way he can and has made himself available to help with any enquiries we may have in our new location. If asked, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Thankyou Paul. We are settling in very happily.

We were lucky enough to have dealt with Paul Thompson in both the sale and purchase of a property recently. His professionalism, communication and knowledge of the area are excellent. He keeps you up to date at all stages of the transaction. We cannot recommend Paul highly enough to anyone who wants a top professional outcome for their property be it sale or purchase.

Beverley was the agent for the seller, however our interactions with her were professional and friendly. Coming from Canberra, we had little local knowledge. Beverley provided the names of 3 solicitors to assist with conveyancing, as well as tradies who could offer painting and electrical services. After the purchase went through, she has maintained contact and assisted us with local knowledge of furniture stores and such. A very good experience for us.
