Paivi was absolutely amazing throughout the sale process. Her knowledge, experience and dedication are second to none. Paivi provided wonderful advice on how to the present the property to achieve the best outcome and what an outcome we achieved! I initially wanted to have a traditional auction however Paivi's advice was to market the property in an on-line auction so people who could not meet traditonal aucton conditions were not excluded. The property was listed on Thursday afternoon and I accepted an offer on Sunday. All bidders could not have met auction conditions so her advice was spot on. We achieved a sale price of $75K over what I was expecting. I highly recommend Paivi to anyone wanting to sell a home in the Greater Brisbane and Logan areas.
