We, Sylvia and John McConnell decided to put our property in Benarkin North for sale early February 2021 and immediately commenced a search for a smaller property in Crows Nest. Whilst on a trip looking at properties on the market we came across one with Yvonne as the selling agent. We made contact with Yvonne and was made welcome and suggested an appointment that we might view 5 Alexander Close and we were impressed. From that time on communication was always a call or text away. A second visit 9 days later, a Saturday, we viewed 2 other properties with one very different but with potential. On learning that our Benarkin property had a strong buyer we accepted that we needed to make a decision, so that night we contemplated the properties and we agreed that 5 Alexander Close would be our choice. On Sunday we made our offer subject to confirmation of our sale. On Monday our property sale was confirmed. On Tuesday Yvonne confirmed that our offer had been accepted. Now Yvonne really stepped in with advice as to potential legal assistance and all other procedures required of us. We also learnt that there were other cash sale clients in the background should we fail, but Yvonne fought all she could to make our sale possible. Legal requirements happened alright, a few hiccups with inspections, then the settlement all completed correctly on both properties and we moved in the following day.
