If you need an agent that is on your side but professional and diplomatic to all concerned, you need Angela. Angela waded through the mess I created for myself with an investment property and achieved a price totally unexpected. Its the small things that makes Angela a champion in her industry. Pleasant approach, chocolates to the tenants, buyers concerns listened to and dealt with and just the ability to calm situations that would normally escalate. What other agent brings her own personal props, display cushions, couch throws etc.. so that your sale photos look the best they can? I will recommend Angela to anyone needing a caring agent that gets the results.

Karin is very knowledgeable about the current market and our local area. She is very pleasant to talk to and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale or purchase. Karin made the settlement feel very personal by arranging a meet and greet with the new owners.
