The thought of selling our first home was a bit daunting, especially with a newborn baby! From the get go Paige exceeded our expectations, she presented us with plenty of insight into the property market in our area giving us the confidence to place our home on the market. Paige was always accomodating and thoughtful about having people enter the home without disrupting the baby to much which we appreciated so much. We were kept up to date at every point with updates almost daily, although Paige’s excellent ability to sell homes meant that from listing our house on the market to signing contracts it was less than a week! I would recommend Paige to anyone selling or buying a house, her passion and love for what she does really shows and makes a difference to the whole process. If we buy or sell again I will be without a doubt contacting Paige!

I highly recommend Patrick for any real state transaction. He is very knowledgeable and does what he promises. Unlike other real state agents, Patrick's recommendation to enhancements or repairs required for sale were not huge and expensive. He was very diligent and organise the tradesmen promptly. I receive regular updates (even after hours) from Patrick as well as the best advice on next steps. My house was sold by Patrick within timeframes and price range. After reading some glowing reviews, I called Ethan to see if he could help me out with my father's property which I was selling from two states away. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He organised everything and made what I expected to be a stressful experience so easy and uncomplicated. The place needed some renovations to be liveable, and Ethan knew exactly what to do and who to call to make everything perfect for both me and the eventual buyer. This made the place much more marketable as well! I was especially impressed by his integrity because I wasn't keen on any band aid solutions which would disappoint a future buyer.
