The reason we chose Andrew as our agent was because he left an impression on us when we were looking for our family home 8 years ago. He came across as knowledgeable, friendly and not a typical pushy salesman which we had become used to in our search. Beverley's support during our sale was outstanding. She listened to our plans, gave us advice as we prepared our home, and kept us informed all throughout the sales process. We listed on a Wednesday night, and Beverly had buyers ready on Thursday. After the first open house on the Saturday she had followed up with all of the potential buyers and was able to talk us through the offers and process. The price was more than we had expected, but even more importantly at the time, the process was easy and supportive. I worked with Bev as a buyer as well as a seller. Bev's support was above the norm. She was approachable after hours, Sundays, and public holidays. Her response was always quick and very helpful, no matter which issues or time. Even after the deal was long done she answered all my questions as a new property owner. Our relationship never ended even after the deal and she was always there for professional support. She accommodated all my special requests and conditions as a seller even if it meant more work for her and made the sale more difficult for her.
