Michelle stands out way above the majority of agents with whom I have dealt in my lifetime purely because she never stops giving her all no matter how hard or long a sale takes. Michelle has stuck by me from the first sale of my acreage property at which agents came and went during the nine or so months it took to sell. Michelle not only asured me at every open house that the right buyer would come and the property would achieve close to the asking price. I gave up but Michelle battled on and she was right. That buyer did come along and sold for a considerable amount more than I expected. The second property was a beautiful canal block which just wouldn't sell in the current market at the time. Michelle's knowledge of the area prompted her to advise me to build a certain brand of home on the block with a list of options and then market it appropriately. I took her advice and once again the buyer came this time after a short period of persistence and also the sale price was around seventy thousand dollars more than I expected. Michelle also goes the extra yards in so many other ways helping with tradesmen and inspections again displaying her dedication. Lastly the recent sale of a property left by my father's legacy. Apprasials from agents gave me a rough estimate on the property's value but once again, Michelle sold the property and achieved almost forty thousand dollars more than the highest valuation from other agents. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as she far surpasses any other Real Estate I have ever known.
