I bought a property for $385K in Coomera QLD and 18 months later it was valued at $320K. Andrew advised this type of property you should keep for min 15-20 years but due to the expenses and tied to a SMSF, it was not viable. 6 months later Andrew called me and advised the property a few doors down sold for $378 and the market had shifted. We sold my property in a couple of months for $380K. If it wasn’t for Andrew I would have had no idea, so I’m truly grateful for his services and honesty! This can be hard to come by in real-estate and especially as I’m based in Toronto! Thank you Andrew!

She worked tirelessly and diligently towards the selling of our house, with constant communication and updates, and was monumental in our search for a new family home. She was able to use her vast resources to find and recommend houses, as well as to then advise us on how to secure them. Fortunately when the first buyer of our house fell through on finance, Beverley was able to quickly find a new buyer for the same purchase price, as well as to help us pursue pathways to still secure our new house even with this setback and loss of time. Bev went above and beyond with the sale of our place. I think she was truly tested but she remained the ultimate professional through out. Bev will do practically anything and everything to help ensure the sale will take place. She will assist with the smallest request. No request is too much for her. Her job is to sell your place and she will go to great lengths to ensure that happens. I highly recommend Bev if you are looking for someone to help you sell achieve that goal.
