We were total novices buying in this segment of the market. Bev went to no end of trouble to educate us, all the while vigorously representing the seller as she should. We soon realised that the information she gave us was accurate and reliable and that made the whole process much more comfortable. Bev seeks the best outcome for both seller and purchaser, and we would not hesitate to buy or to sell through her in the future.

We had previously had our property listed for sale with a couple of other agents, and had very little action. Kylie contacted us about it. She was successful in having a sale contract signed within a fairly short time. Unfortunately this buyer couldn't obtain finance but it wasn't long until another sale contract was completed. We found Kylie helpful and enthusiastic about finding the right buyer for our property. She kept us informed about inspections and feedback from prospective buyers.

Purchasing 1st home is not that easy, but Kris and Amanda from @realty has made the whole process easy and simple. From day one when we visited the house, they impressed us with presentation of the house and their professional attitude as well as humbleness. They were accessible very easily on the phone and via email which shows their dedication to the profession. Amanda and Kris we are very thank full to you for your support and make our dream a reality! Keep shining...

It has taken 2 years to sell my home. Four agents tried but Phill got it done in 3 weeks. Not happy with the price but relieved to sell.

Wow! If you are looking for an amazing, dedicated, loyal, honest real estate agent, Phill is your man. Not only did he sell our house in 2 weeks from when we listed it, he cleans floors as well! :) Running late for our open home, in walks Phill, mop in hand, floors done! Thank you Phill. You helped us close one chapter and start another. 10000000% recommend Phill Healey as your next real estate agent. xoxo Cheryl and Tina
