This is the 4th time i have contracted Julie to run a program of selling a property. In this case it was rather sensitive being that my father had passed. Julie handled the process respectfully and professionally. The outcome was great for the buyer and our family. I would highly recommend Julie for any future real estate programs you have now or in the future. Great work Julie!

Ryan was very professional and confident in his ability to sell our home, He was always forthcoming with all information and always kept us up to date. His knowledge of the area we lived in was extremely helpful in enabling him to sell our home in just 5 days for the asking price.....Couldn’t have been more happier with the service that we received from Ryan and his team....We would highly recommend him to anyone and we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again should we choose to sell our current home. Happy Days

Having over the years had a great deal of contact with Real Estate Agents, whilst selling my various properties, it is with ABSOLUTE and GENUINE pleasure I write about KERA THOMAS. I cannot speak too highly about Kera, she is an outstanding example to The Real Estate Industry. She has an inbuilt sense of Honesty, Integrity, Commitment and last, but far from least, Communication. Were I in the Business of Real Estate, it would be an honour to have her on my Team.
