I found Bev to be very understanding in what was a difficult settlement, through no fault on her work. The buyers buyer had not been checked enough before stating the sale was unconditional when it obviously it was NOT. Bev is very enthusiastic and diligent .I wis her luck for the future

Andrew is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, respectful and overall, professional. Andrew was communicative and helpful and always approachable. Whist I acknowledged he was working for the Seller, Andrew consistently went out of his way to ensure I (the Buyer) was up to date on all matters pertaining to the sale. He even arranged an extended inspection prior to settlement so I could have trades through in preparation for renovations.
