Phill had an honest approach from the beginning and was always negotiable so that we were happy with what we were signing up with. Phill was upfront, honest and listened to how I had envisioned the marketing of our property. This made it easy as vendors because we knew exactly what to expect. There were no unexpected, hidden add-ons. He was very informative about the messages that he got from potential buyers. Phil is by far the best agent that we have dealt with in both NZ and Australia. It took Phill 2 weeks and 1 day to sell our house when there were 2 other properties trying to sell within 50 metres of ours. Give Phill a call as you will not be disappointed!! Thanks Phill

Sometimes when you a buy property it doesn't all quite go to plan..... And it's when things get tough that you realise that you are working with an excellent agent - like Sue Barnes. Sue's service and professionalism during our purchase was outstanding! She went above and beyond at every time to make sure we were kept informed and updated. In our case a burst pipe caused flooding and damage at the property - a potential nightmare for both us and the sellers. But Sue's excellent service and management skills ensured that all parties to the sale were kept informed and satisifed and our sale went through as planned.
