After searching and interviewing a number of agents, we found Patrick. Without prompting, he highlighted upgrades within the home and any fixtures/fittings/colours that would immediately add value. However Patrick was realistic about our property. He gave us a varied price range and justified this with examples of other comparable properties (ie land/house size, same added inclusions etc) that had been, already were, or soon to join the market. While he never promised to deliver a particular price, Patrick did indicate that what we sold for was possible should the right buyer come along. The promise he did make was to do his best to achieve the best price for our property. His open honesty was refreshing. He kept communication lines open, updating with any new developments.
