I stumbled across Patrick when researching agents for the sale of my property in Warner Qld. I decided to interview Patrick as a potential partner to help me sell my property. I believe a sales agent is a partner in the sales process, a person who you must trust and accept advice from in order to achieve the best price for the sale of your biggest asset. From the first discussion I was very comfortable with Patrick especially since he spoke to me about his work with purchasers. Being experienced in real estate transactions myself I knew what I required in an agent for the listing process, so I was keen to understand how Patrick would introduce and work with purchasers whilst trusting that he was doing the best possible job for me. Patrick worked hard and did everything he said he would. The property was quickly under offer; exactly as Patrick forecast.
