Patrick is an amazing agent. He knew a lot of information on the area and knew exact prices of what we could get for our house. Patrick is very thorough with what he does, we contacted him to put the house on the market then after that things moved very fast. We had the photographers there within a week then it was on the market. 8 days and 4 or more open houses later the house was under contract. Patrick was amazing with his communication and let us know whenever someone was going through or exactly what was happening. Patrick was also very truthful and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the best price. We would 100% sell with him again and will recommend him to anyone that's looking at selling or buying.

1 June 2020 We appointed Kera Thomas from @Realty to manage our rental unit 2 years ago, during this period she provided a professional, affordable and friendly service. She was always available for any issue that arose and diligently monitored the care of our unit, always maintaining good relations between our tenant, herself, and ourselves. Then we appointed Kera for the sale of our unit just before the unexpected Covid19 Lockdown period. The prospects of selling a property at the beginning of the lock down period were slim, but Kera called us back within only a few weeks to alert us that she had found a buyer for our unit. Once again we felt very confident leaving the process of the Sale of our unit in Kera's hands. The Contract of Sale has settled and all parties were satisfied with the negotiations. Kera is a unique Real Estate agent that provides honest service, we will endeavour to keep her business card close by for future property decisions and would highly recommend her for anyone considering to appoint @Realty Real Estate Agents.
