Ian rallied for me and my purchase for almost a year. Even when I thought the deal had fallen through, Ian was quietly working behind the scenes to secure the deal. I couldn't have been happier with the service Ian provided. I would highly recommend him for any purchase or sale!

As this was my first property purchase Ian made the process very easy and continually communicated when needed. Highly recommend Ian and will certainly engage again when I look to purchase in future. Thanks Ian. Adam

Ben was great to deal with as we navigated purchasing our first home! He was very open with us and accommodating of our many questions. Don't have a bad word to say about him!

Ian worked exceptionally hard to get us the best price possible under the circumstances with this property. He is a very knowledgeable and an outstanding agent, who does the extra for clients, he even cleaned the place for us. I recommend Ian to any future buyers and have used him again. Thank you very much

If you’re ready to sell, I highly recommend Patrick D’Arrigo, not just because he is highly skilled in selling real estate, has connections to the best real estate photographer in Brisbane, or because he is an amazing negotiator, as he is far more than that. I was heading for a divorce, believed I was ready to sell and met with Patrick. To get the best price I decided the house needed a lot of work. My husband who still lived on the property, was a bit of a hoarder and not always polite. Patrick put me onto the best tradesmen who turned up at the house on time and did a great job within what I could afford. Patrick was courteous and patient when my husband was grumpy or rude. He was kind when I was stressed out. He was always positive. Best of all, he sold our property at a great price.

From when we first met Pat, it was always a professional and quality service. He knows his stuff and always keep you in the loop as to what is happening. Plenty of open homes and a good advertising package. Pat was always available for a phone chat if anything was on your mind. Highly recommended!

We purchased our new home from Michelle. On the day we purchased we were running late to the open home so we called Michelle who waited until we arrived. The property was immaculately presented and looked as good as the photos. We bought it immediately. Michelle stayed in contact right through to settlement date and even sent us a private pre-settlement video on how to manage the property. We highly recommend her if you are looking at buying or selling.

Susan Crook is an agent that we wouldn’t hesitate for one second to anyone looking to purchase a home or fifty five plus lifestyle villa in the Runaway Bay, Coombabah or Labrador area. Totally professional and wonderfully all engaging in every aspect of assessing our recent housing needs and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Well done Susan

Selling with Paige was so easy, she could not do enough to make the experience easy for us. I would recommend her to anyone...

We bought a house through Ben in 2018 and then used his services in 2019 to sell our old house. He's not one to use pressure tactics which I found to be a nice change from many agents with which I've interacted. Great for discussion of options and coming up with plans. Very much a straight shooter and if we had more houses to buy/sell we'd certainly get him involved again. No hesitation in recommending him to friends & family if we're asked.
