The photography and drone package was excellent for the realestate.com site. Michelle went out of her way to ensure we had the best selection of pictures for the Site. With the contract Michelle was very efficient and knowledgeable and assisted us with all our requests. Michelle Gillingham AlZinki is without doubt the best,most determined and diligent Real Estate Agent I have encountered. She has sold two properties for me.The first was during a market slump and when other agents gave up,she battled on for another five months doing countless "open house" mornings until she finally sold the acreage property for $30,000 above what I kept telling her I was happy to accept. She also advised me that when she would finally get a buyer,there would be at least two and the "auction" effect would ensure the price.She was dead right on that too!!!! The second property was a more recent vacant canal block which once again was in a slow market.After a long time of nothing happening,Michelle advised me that if I built an appropriate home on the block, it would be more saleable and bring a better price overall.She even suggested the most respected builder in the area to once again achieve the best possible outcome.
