My words to follow, cannot justly describe the magnitude of commitment Michael gave through our sale campaign. I was impressed with Michaels process; starting with a warm welcome, supplying quality brochures and comparison sales, follow up calls, useful email content with supporting documents for potential buyers to make their decision process easier. Due to this thorough completion in following the task through, I felt comfortable selling my property with Michael. I am so grateful I chose him because the property turned out to be an extremely difficult/technical sale, leading to a few false starts. Any less skilled agent would have put the property in the “too hard basket” or reverted pressure on me to sell the property with poor conditions. However, Michael persisted at every stage to understand the failings and technicalities in order to find suitable buyers.
