We were thrilled with the purchase of our unit. Michelle Gillingham Alzinki was so helpful the sale went through without a hitch. Her communication was exceptional and nothing was a problem to her. She even suggested a great Solicitor for us as we are from Melbourne. She was on call day or night if we needed questions answered. She is an asset to @realty and I would not hesitate to use her services again Kind Regards Di Tyrrell

We are very happy with the outcome and will recommend Ash Payman either buying or selling. Ash Payman is highly professional and also open mind and honest. Mr Ash payman help us to purchase a house before he put at the market. He closed the deal with our reasonable offer but however the previous agent didn't brought this result to the seller and property been took off from the market. We are very happy with Ash Payman and recommend him the best agent ever that I have experienced. Either you buying or selling he is never give up to conclude the offer. His negotiations skill and communication skill was perfect. Nematullah Alemi 52 Katrina cr Waterford west

Paivi was a great help showing me through the property, understanding the process while working towards settlement. I have found her to be honest and upfront. I would recommend her and would use her in the future.

Our unit had been on the market for 4 years with a local Woorim agent who only managed to get about 12 inspections in the whole time, never gave us feedback and ran the unit down to us when we did speak. We then enlisted Michelle AlZinki to sell the unit for us after such a frustrating and painful time with the other agent. Michelle immediately ramped up the presentation of the marketing, got onto her data base, conducted inspections, contacted us daily with feedback and our unit was sold within TWO WEEKS. AND she sold it for $100,000 MORE than the previous agency had listed it for!!!!! Michelle knows the local market intimately and she knew we were underselling the unit. Once priced at the correct level we attracted buyers who saw the value in the property. I am happy for Michelle to give my contact phone number out should you care to speak more about her services, We cannot thank her enough Lisa Storey

We had had our unit on the market for quite some time previous to Michelle listing it. She started bringing clients through pretty well straight away. She was very positive, informed us that we were asking too low a price, adjusted it accordingly and had a buyer within a couple of months. Very happy.

Wow I've always had an innate distrust for salespeople. But we found Lyn to be a great help when purchasing in Esk. We live over 100km away so found Lyn to be a great local "ear the ground" for us . Her knowledge of the area is extensive, she was very approachable and seemed to easily and quickly understand our needs. We would happily recommend her services to our friends.

We engaged Paivi through a referral from a friend. We had a very difficult tenant in place in our investment, which Paivi deserved a medal in negotiating with. Her ongoing perseverance and can do attitude helped us get the price we wanted. I have already referred Paivi to someone and will so again. Thank you, Paivi.
