After meeting Andrew, he showed me through what I though was going to be my dream property in Upper Coomera. There were 2 townhouses in the same complex. The pictures on the internet were amazing but once in the properties they we cold, dark and felt a bit tight and claustrophobic. He could see my disappointment so he suggested that even though Nerang wasn't where I originally looking, he had a property that had just come back on the market as the contract fell through. The moment I saw the complex and then the front of the property I had a great feel about it. I then walked through the front door and into the living area and fell in love.
