This Guy Rocks, I engaged Ryan as my agent to sell an investment Lot as I have been his Chiropractor for over 12 years and I know that he recently over the last year had a career change working with @Realty in sales. I decided to engage Ryan partly through convenience and that he assured me the process would be all looked after by him. My instruction to Ryan was that I wanted a quick sale, a good price for the market and not to upset the existing long term tenant in the sale process. I listed this Unit with Ryan on the 8th of August, he had photos and Open House notices on real estate.com and numerous other sites the next day, met all the adjoining neighbours and mentioned that this Lot was for sale, dropped out printed sale leaflets to the surrounding four or five blocks of homes. All this online advertising and printed material was free at this stage. On the 13th of August Ryan had in his hand a two week Cash Contract which we let run until after the first Open House and was to have this increased by another $5000.00 as there was other interest. Ryan was also very helpful as the elderly buyer of this property did not have a car, phone or email so Ryan took it upon himself to pick up, drive, organise and coordinate all the legal paperwork, bank fund transfers and related rental managing agent issues to effect this sale. I did consider utilising a local agent or the local managing agent to sell this property however now after the sale I realise there would have been more stress involved and the sale would not have progressed as smoothly as Ryan Wilmont has managed it. Letter of Recommendation. I whole-heartedly recommend Paivi Dickie as a sales agent. I had the unit from hell, I am a first time seller, a tenent that required ‘remedy of breach’ forms, and also would not allow photos, and a down turning market. Add to this I reside miles away, in a poor phone reception area. Although I never met Paivi in person and at the time when I engaged her, she had just changed firms, with no sales history; it was the best decision I made. She stepped through every obstacle with doggedness and compassion. And there ware many failed contracts, offers that wouldn’t go to paper, cultural and launguage barriers, over zealous building inspectors trying to get work and of course after hours inspections by torch light as the tenent had defaulted on the electricity. Paivi kept me updated on every quiery, incident and occasion with regular text messages, emails and phone calls. She dealt with Body Corperate, Council, Rental agent and neighbours with professionalism and unfaultering communication skills suited to each occasion. Paivi has a strong on line presence with no expensive shop front, she also has an extensive network that she regularly contacts. Imaginative, standout photo and drafting skills at her fingertips which captures attention, giving real life impressions.
