We have known Julie O'Callaghan for 7 years. Julie has sold two houses for us in the Redlands shire. On both occasions, Julie has been very easy to communicate to and she is awesome at listening to our requests and needs. I have found that Julie completes tasks, that other Agents would leaver back to the sellers to complete. (eg: When I wanted to sell my rental house, the tenants would not leave, it was Julie that liaised with the tenants to assist the tenants to find another house to move in to. Then she promptly sold my house). In our most recent dealings with Julie, she sold our house in an outstanding time of only 20 days, and she was able to negotiate a price that was higher than our expectations. Good luck finding another Agent that can do that! As mentioned above, Julie will go that extra mile to complete the task, and her commission is very conservative, noting the return trips and extra tasks Julie is happy to complete.
