Our unit had been on the market for 4 years with a local Woorim agent who only managed to get about 12 inspections in the whole time, never gave us feedback and ran the unit down to us when we did speak. We then enlisted Michelle AlZinki to sell the unit for us after such a frustrating and painful time with the other agent. Michelle immediately ramped up the presentation of the marketing, got onto her data base, conducted inspections, contacted us daily with feedback and our unit was sold within TWO WEEKS.
