Paivi has set the bar extremely high for any other agent out there in the field. From the beginning her experience and expert judgement has set the asking price 15K higher than what I thought would be possible to achieve in the current market. During the whole selling process, she has liaised in the background between myself, the buyers, solicitor, tenants and property manager to ensure that everything moves as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I felt very safe in the entire process knowing that she is always many steps ahead of what challenges may come out of the process. I've dealt with many other agents in the past who did not put in any extra effort towards achieving a great outcome for all parties involved, but Paivi has created a win win win situation for everyone.
