Leeanne has excellent market knowledge and goes the extra mile with advice, presentation and time well beyond the 30 min opens often extending to 60 to 90 mins. The staging advice really paid off as the unit transformed, buyers were really impressed even wanting to buy the items upon the sale. The sale was smooth with unconditional offers for which she fought for with multiply purchasers giving me several choices. Harvey was the ultimate professional in selling our property for us. From the beginning, his outlook was positive . Although it took several months to sell the property, probably due to the interest rates, he never stopped showing people through the property, even when he had a fair idea that they would not be making an acceptable offer. He did not "over communicate" and made contact when reasonably required. I would highly recommend Harvey to any vendor.
