"The Aussie property process is much scarier than the one I'm used to - agents mandatory on both sides to ensure fairness. Liz was able to navigate both myself and the seller to an agreeable outcome despite my concerns. Her communication style was a standout feature throughout the process; she kept me fully up-to-date and fielded a zillion weird queries even after settlement.
