Ben was understanding, professional and respectful. He listened, worked hard for us to achieve the sale without ever being pushy or making us feel any particular way. He offered sound advice when asked, and was available at any time for questions. I can recommend Ben without any hesitation, a brilliant agent!

We have sold 2 houses through Mandy, and each time she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, fair to both seller and buyer and honest. Mandy’s knowledge of the area and the current growing market made for an easy sale and a great outcome. Thanks for all your help, Mandy! We would recommend you to anyone in the market to either sell or buy in a heartbeat. Thank you!

5.0 Verified review Seller of retirement living in Bongaree, QLD We’re incredibly grateful to Michelle for her support in selling our father’s home. Her knowledge of the market was outstanding, and her understanding of the unique requirements involved in transferring a property within a land lease community made the process so much smoother for us. Michelle’s communication was consistently clear and timely. She kept us well informed at every stage and handled everything with a calm, professional approach.

Straight forward sale, but they helped me when my conveyor wasn't keeping up. I ended up using them for my rental property management after my purchase through them.

Kath is an outstanding agent who listens to your needs and do her best to work towards a win-win situation for both the seller and the buyer. It’s a rare quality to find these days in real estate agents who either favour the buyer or seller. Kath was genuine, engaging, knowledgable, professional, and went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the price she sold our property for and the amount of interest she created for the property. Thank you Kath!

As an interstate investor its always a challenge to renovate a property remotely and try to manage trades before a sale of a property. Kris and his team managed the renovation from start to finish and the whole thing came through within budget, timeline and the proposed sale price was achieved. Good communication, seamless renovation and sale.

Mitch is one of the best real estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He’s professional, knows the industry extremely well and is always great to deal with. He made what seemed like it would be a hard sell go very easy and the result was fantastic.
