The minute we entered 15 Sundew Place, we felt like this is the house for us. It is a 2 years old house and Ash showed us around the house / premises. And was very professional & kept us updated as regards the dealing towards the purchasing, the sellers point of view as Cyclone Alfred was there during the “unconditional moment” of this real estate transaction. We were reassured by Ash the house was okay & kept us updated, we had a pre settlement inspection. Everything was good. Settlement was done yesterday.
