I would highly recommend to use Tracie to sell their property, her communication skills with prospective buyers was excellent as was her communication with me in keeping me aware of everything that was going on during the sale. She was always on time and nothing that might help with getting the sale across the line was too much trouble. She followed through on all the prospective buyers and didn’t leave a stone unturned until the sale was unconditional. Her knowledge in giving you a valuation on your property, was very accurate and I was extremely pleased with the final price. I would definitely use Tracie again.
