Patrick is one of a kind. At all times he was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and above all honest. He has an amazing network of contacts and seamlessly organised all pre sale work that needed to be done to the property both inside and out and even had the property fully staged for us and it looked fantastic on inspection. He not only took all of the stress out of selling he got us top dollar for our property and we ALWAYS felt like he was OUR Agent acting for us and not the buyer just to get a quick sale. He always did what he said he would when he would and confidently guided us through the whole selling process with no surprises or disappointments along the way. 6 days ago From the moment i met Stephen i knew that he was the right person to sell my house. For me Stephen went above and beyond not only did he sell my house but he also helped when i was purchasing my forever home. He is very easy going and is happy to answer any questions you have. If I could give Liz more than 5 stars I would. Liz has gone above and beyond with the sale of our house, it was a long tough sale but she worked long I of urs to make it happen for us. There are too many good things I could say about Liz but she is amazing she priced our house well and had the sale within days. She helped us move on with our lives and I cannot thank her enough.
