Was easy from start to finish. Kris and Amanda know exactly what they are doing and are so good. Nothing was ever an issue and they explained everything clearly. On the market quickly with exceptional photos and video that marketed our property beautifully. Would highly recommend, it was a pleasure.

Amazing experience with Jean selling our house for us. Jean made us feel relaxed and confident from the very first meeting. His market knowledge was fantastic and he even guided us towards a higher list price than we we're originally thinking. He was always available for any questions we had as this was our first time selling a house and we were in very unfamiliar waters. However our magical genie had our house sold within almost 24 hours of listing it. His positive energy and confidence, along with his no nonsense straight talking made the entire process so much less stressful than we were anticipating, and we cannot thank him enough.

Jean was a breath of fresh air. The way Jean communicated is unique but very clear. Jean treats every client as important and explains real estate very well.
