Due to unforseen circumstances the date the property was to be put on the market was changed a number of times. This must to have been a little inconvenient for Sue , however she was very understanding and helpful at all times . Not having sold a propery for 50 years we were unaware of all the latest regulations but fortunately Sue was able to give us all the necessary advice so that the sale was able to proceed smoothly. We live in another state and had to sell my Dad's house in Queensland and knew no agent. We asked around the village and Sue was firmly mentioned as the most reliable agent. we reviewed her online and when we met and she did an appraisal, spoke honestly about the market and the likelihood of the price range. When she left, my wife confirmed she too got a good vibe from her and we signed up to list and sell greatly relieved it was in the hands of a true professional. Sue went through the agreement, was understanding at our lack of knowledge in things that had to be done like termite and structural, arranged for a number of items to be done for us through her network and then had a procession of offers and we accepted the one Sue said was fair and rapid. We got over 100K more than we expected....and then got a bottle of exceptional wine delivered for allowing Sue to sell the property. Sue was patient at some of our indecision and understanding of the short time we had to get the house ready to sell. She was a true professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional to sell their home.
