She not only handled the sale of my Runaway Bay property but also helped Me purchase a good property in Coombabah. The purchase of the second property was subject to the sale of the first. She gave any advice needed and followed up so that everything went smoothly. Both contracts were completed within 4 weeks with minimal advertising and only one open house.
