Nice enough. Wouldn't use him to sell my place. Constantly having to follow up in regards to contract. Once signed did not hear a peep from him, no congratulations, phone call, no little gift. Average experience.

I could not believe Nick (the sales agent) when he called me less than 24 hours after listing my property to tell me he had 4 offers. I chose the second highest offer as this person agreed to look after the amazing tenants I had in the property and Nick facilitated this process. Throughout the process of the sale the team were professional, courteous and kept both my solicitor and myself in the loop the whole way. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken and Nick to anyone looking to sell a property. Definitely 11/10

I engaged Mandy early to get advice on what was needed to be done to get the property looking its best and she helped style my home beautifully before the first open house. We received multiple offers in the ten days it was on the market and Mandy worked with potential buyers to ensure I got the best offer in terms of price and conditions that I needed. There was no effort too big, including working with house sitters and dealing with pets whilst I was on business trips to get additional inspections completed.
