My partner and I were looking for a property to purchase. We came across a property that we were very interested in. Being first home buyers we were unsure of how the process went. After going to multiple inspections and having Kul be super proactive and honest, we had deceived that this property was for us. The honesty that came from Kul was unbelievable, we had been to many previous inspections at different properties and all the agents were liars and just wanted our money. When we had decided to put an offer in we had a budget and that’s what we were sticking to. We had mentioned to him that we had a budget and Kul respected that. Within 2 days our offer was excepted. After this, we proceeded with everything else. And now after settlement. After everything is complete, Kul is still answering our questions and being honest.
