It was our first experience with buying a property and we wore didn't have that big of a knowledge of the market and where to buy. We looked in different areas and talked with many agents until we meet Chau. He told us that he has something very special and what we are looking for. So we met and you could see that you are dealing with a man that wants all the parties inwoolved satisfied as we wore the buyer and he was selling us a house he wanted to look after us as well as the sellers. The house was just what we wanted and everything went through in perfect order.
